This landmark exhibition brings together photographs of New Brighton by internationally renowned photographers Martin Parr, Tom Wood and Ken Grant. It is the first time their images taken in the resort will have been shown together.

Each of the photographers found themselves during their early lives and careers in New Brighton and each brought their own perspective to the fascinating characteristics and beauty of the resort – streets, seafront, visitors and residents.

The exhibition explores moments in the town from the late 1970s to the end of the 1990s and will feature never-before-seen photographs alongside iconic images from Martin Parr’s The Last Resort and Tom Wood’s Looking for Love.

Throughout the summer, producers Northern Narratives will be running events linked to the exhibition. More details will be added to this page and follow @ImagineWirral for updates.

New Brighton Revisited is produced by Northern Narratives, and is part of Liverpool Independents Biennial.
